We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Indie Stack Studio. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. It is effective as of the date of publication.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, we ask that you let us know the reason so we can keep improving them.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@indiestackstudio.com with your order number (shown on your Paddle receipt), or reply directly to that receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. Eligibility
Refunds may be declined for requests made after the 14-day window or where there is evidence of abuse (for example, downloading the full product and then requesting a refund repeatedly). We handle each request fairly and in good faith.
