These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indie Stack Studio (the "Store") and the digital products sold through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. They are effective as of the date of publication.
1. The Store
Indie Stack Studio is an independent store offering digital products — templates, workflow kits, and documentation. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files.
2. Orders, payment, and delivery
Payments are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT. After successful payment you receive instant access to download your product.
3. License
Unless a product page states otherwise, each product is licensed to you for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the files as your own product. The specific license terms are shown on each product page.
4. No guarantees
Our products are informational templates and tools. They are provided "as is" without any guarantee of specific results. We make no income, revenue, financial, legal, medical, or other professional-advice claims. You are responsible for how you use the materials.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store or its products for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
All product content and Store materials are owned by Indie Stack Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Stack Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
